90 Day Guarantee Terms and Conditions
- SuperFeast offers a 90-day guarantee on all tonic herbs and medicinal mushrooms in 100g jar size.

We will refund you the full amount within 90 days of purchase on all tonic herbs and medicinal mushrooms if you are not happy with your purchase, minus any shipping costs.

This is only for products you have purchased only once in the lifetime of SuperFeast. This means you cannot get a refund on products you have purchased before this guarantee was launched even if you ordered the product again within the last 90 days.Â

We will not uphold the 90-day guarantee if you dislike the taste of the product.Â

Products must be returned (opened or unopened) to SuperFeast. SuperFeast will dispose of the product if it is opened.

Please contact our customer service team at team@superfeast.com.au or call 1300 769 500 to explore if you are eligible for the 90-day guarantee and to start the return process if so.Â

If eligible you will be refunded the full amount of the product you ordered once we receive the product in the mail.

The address for the return will be provided once you contact customer service and start the return process.

You are responsible for shipping for the return. You can either buy the postage yourself or we can provide a return label for you that you print off and attach to the box. If we provide the return label for you we will subtract the cost from your refund amount.Â

Please provide us with tracking for the return if you are providing postage yourself.Â

Please include your name and order number on a piece of paper in the box.Â

We will refund you within 3 business days of receiving the package.Â
