How to SuperFeast
Step 1
Start with 1⁄4 teaspoon of powdered mushroom extract, increasing to 1⁄2 teaspoon or more if desired.
Step 2
BLEND: Stir into hot water. Add honey or maple syrup & milk of choice for a delicious infusion. Alternatively, simply add it to tea, coffee, hot chocolate, or a smoothie.
Step 3
REPEAT: Make part of your daily routine, ideally in the morning to start your day.
